The MitiGator OSR Boat Catches Big Air at the 2008 OPA Ocean City Race
Warren Miller, Owner/Driver, and Mack Clark, Throttles, team up to make this a very fast
boat that really likes the rough water. Warren says "We run our race boat in big seas without worrying about our bodies after a race because the Joker hull design and the Hi-Impact MitiGator seats keep us from getting hurt."
The 510 MitiGator OSR boat was built by Joker Powerboats and is 29 feet 7 inches bow to stern and weighs approximately 5500 pounds. It is constructed from Kevlar and carbon fiber, has a custom Gene Berryman racing engine and a custom designed four blade propeller.
Jim Cowan, Vice President of PPI was quoted saying:
"The custom seats in the 510 MitiGator boat were the very first joint development project of SEAS and Premier Performance Interiors. This project eventually led to our current partnership that is supplying shock mitigating seats to our customers around the world."
The 510 MitiGator boat’s current schedule for 2009 looks like this:
Warren Miller says "There are 2 or 3 other races and poker runs that I would like to do if possible." Sign up here for email notice of schedule changes or check the calendar at www.highpriorityosr.com.
